Dear 2024 Brookfield Fine Arts Festival Artist,

We are excited to announce that applications are now open for the 2025 Brookfield Fine Arts Festival (BFAF), which will take place on Sunday, September 7, 2025!

We invite you to submit your application for this year’s event and we encourage you to share it with other artists you know who might be interested in joining us.

You can submit your application here. The deadline to apply is May 15, 2025.

We've worked to keep booth fees affordable so participation in the Brookfield Fine Arts Festival is accessible to local artists. Toward that end, there will be no application fee this year, and the fee for each 10X10 booth space is $85.

Why Participate in the Brookfield Fine Arts Festival?

• Get the word out–we’re implementing a strategic marketing campaign promoting our event and its participants and we're offering free marketing assets and templates you can use to promote your presence at BFAF.
• Compete for awards–prizes include 1st Place $100, 2nd Place $50, and 3rd Place $25.
• Be easily found on our festival map which details the locations of participating artists.
• Get support from our friendly volunteer crew, including booth sitters who are ready and happy to help.

• Arrive stress-free with easy access to the festival. Kiwanis Park has plentiful parking nearby and offers convenient load in/out locations for artists. It’s located just a short walk from the Brookfield Metra stop and easily accessible via local highways.

The Brookfield Fine Arts Festival returns to beautiful Kiwanis Park in 2025! This popular event is a Brookfield staple for artists and art lovers alike. Festival goers will enjoy a juried art fair, live music, and a variety of creative, engaging activities for grownups, kids, and kids-at-heart. The Brookfield Fine Arts Festival has it all, so join us in the heart of Brookfield for a celebration of art, community, and creativity!
